I have over 35 years experience as a Pub Manager, Club Steward and Stocktaker and I have operated my own Food & Beverage Stocktaking service in my local area (Stoke on Trent & Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire) since 2008.
I can now offer this Digital Stocktake & Result Service to all UK Clients.
Digitally processed online Stocktakes, Clubs, Pubs, Restaurants, Cafes, Café Bars, Coffee Shops, Takeaways, Gyms, Work Canteens and many other Venues selling Food & Beverages.
You'll need to be able to count the Stock at your venue, send me all of the required Information for each determined Stock Period and I'll process your results for you and provide you with a detailed analysis and Financial report & Result for your venue.
Weekly price is £15.00 or the periodic price, from 8 to 63 days is £49.00, payable by Pre-Pay Invoice or PayPal, Stripe, Tide by Telephone using Square or below.
For all new Clients, there is also a One-Off, Account Set-Up fee of £20.00.
Information packs for New Clients and How to Count the Stock at your venue, Tips for Good Stock Control, why you need to do Stocktakes and all the relevant paperwork required to process your results are available on request by calling me on:

These packs & your Stocktake results are only sent to a specific Venue Email or Postal address and Designated Person(s) at your venue. (DATA Protection)

My computer system is protected with Anti-Virus and Anti-Hacking software, is password protected and is only accessed by me.
Examples of the reports Financial Analysis pages are below, to obtain a Full example of these reports, please call me on the above number. You report will also Include the Financial analysis, as shown, the Stock analysis, Stocktake totals, Line cleaning analysis and daily average graphical analysis which shows changes in your venues results over the Financial year.
Use this option to pay for your Stocktake(s). Weekly is £15.00 or periodic, 8 to 63 Days is £49.00. Don't forget to select the New Client FEE £20.00 if your a New Client.
